One-Day Tours/Trainings - Earn 8 CEU Credits!

Interested in learning more about sustainable materials management, recycling, composting and more but don't have the staff available to leave your work for multiple days?  We have a solution! Throughout 2024, the New Mexico Recycling Coalition will host numerous one-day trainings that include classroom learning and tours.  The next day-long training will focus on organics diversion and take place over the summer after our  Annual Meeting on June 6th.  Details and registration coming soon.

Individuals that have current certifications as recycling, compost, transfer station or landfill certified operators or administrative extensions from the NM Environment Department can get recertified if they take 24 continuing education units (CEUs) of training with approved alternative trainings to earn their required 24 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) towards recertification.  To assist with this, NMRC will offer numerous day-long tours and trainings throughout the year for 8 CEUs each.
